InboxCue ("we", "us") provides an AI work email briefing service. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights over it.
What we collect
- Account information: name, email, company.
- Mailbox content from connected accounts — only the folders and date range you choose.
- Usage events: brief opens, ratings, Ask Inbox queries.
- Billing information processed by Stripe (we do not store card numbers).
How we use it
- To generate your briefs and answers.
- To improve product reliability and quality (aggregated, anonymised).
- To send service emails (briefs, security notices, billing).
What we never do
- Sell or rent your data to third parties.
- Use your emails to train AI models.
- Share your mailbox content with anyone outside your account.
Your rights
You can export, delete or restrict the data we hold about you at any time from settings. You may also email privacy@inboxcue.com.
Subprocessors
- Cloud hosting: DigitalOcean (Singapore region).
- AI processing: Anthropic (no training on customer data).
- Transactional email: Resend.
- Billing: Stripe.
