Do you store my emails? +
Only the metadata and cleaned text needed to generate your briefs and answers. You choose retention (30/90/365 days) and can wipe synced data any time.
How does mailbox connection work? +
Through OAuth with Gmail or Microsoft 365 — we never see or store your password. You pick which folders and how far back.
Can I cancel any time? +
Yes. Subscriptions are monthly. Cancellation stops billing immediately and removes synced data on request.
Do you train AI on my emails? +
No. Your emails are used only to produce your briefs and answers. They are not used to train any model.
What about IMAP / non-Gmail / non-Microsoft mailboxes? +
We will add IMAP-with-OAuth support after Gmail and M365 are stable. Drop us a line and we will prioritise based on demand.
